Job description
We are looking for a administrative assistant at an International wholesale specialized in Korean and Japanese food in Rotterdam. You are flexible in working on diverse tasks, a real all-rounder. You have good people-skills and know how to be friendly and polite in any circumstances. Working accordingly guidelines isn't a problem for you and you are a true teamplayer. You are pro-active and deliver high quality services by being confident in giving advice and information. You get energized by a service-driven environment. You have a high sense of responsibility and are stress resistant.

Your main tasks
  • Daily communication with clients and suppliers;
  • Planning and organisation;
  • Assisting your colleagues in different tasks;
  • Administrative tasks including, but not limited to, invoices and tenders.

  • A salary of € 2000,- gross per month.
  • Fulltime availability (40 working hours per week);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Good MS Office and general computer skill (Excel, Outlook);
  • Interested in food Business;
  • Experience in quality control in wholesale;
  • Knowledge about import regulations;
  • Knowledge about HACCP rules would be convenient, but is not a must-to-have.
